CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Who is
• Graduate of university,
• Bilingual in Moldovan and Russian,
• In English medium level or better,
• Good in MS Office,
• able to manage social media accounts.
The candidate shall be

Who will be responsible for;
Customer Data Management – including:
• Transfering of information on exisiting visit cards to phone contacts starting the ones in the small towns (later in Balti and last in Chisinau).
• Transfering of retrieved potential customers information kept in excel to phone contacts starting the ones in the small towns (later in Balti and last in Chisinau).
• Checking of potential customers' accounts at FB & Insta and information in Google Maps starting the ones in the small towns (later in Balti and last in Chisinau), so that their information will be introduced in the phone contacts (each 10 in a day).
• Calling of customers to improve missing information and promoting the usage of online shop
• Improvement of Customer data so that to manage better their requirements better
Order Management – containing:
• Calling of customers living in small cities (except Chisinau & Balti) one day before the visit, taking of orders and promoting the usage of online shop
• Information of order to sales representative incase arrived order by phone, viber, wharsapp, telegram, sms, messenger, email and online shop has been from the city which was visited that day.
• Listing of orders as city, customer, customer info and order content arrived by phone, viber, wharsapp, telegram, sms, messenger, email and online shop at the end of day
• Preparation of orders as as the list at the end of day
Online Shop Activities - like:
• Revision of beginning stocks in Online Shop
• Issue of new product data and photos to Online Shop
• Revision of price in Online Shop
Social Media Management – such as:
• Answering of questions and clearing of problems arrived as voice or message through phone, whatsapp, telegram, viber, messenger, sms, email and online shop messages
• Followup of supplier websites and extraction of product data and advertisements, translation of them and usage in Instagram and FB
• Arrangement of exisiting posts in Moldovan and Russian, issuement in Insta and FB
• Creation and design of posts in graphical programs (1-2 per week)
• Preparation of daily stories (1-2 daily)
• Followup of customers in social media to take actions
Other Activities – as:
• Visit of Special Customers with the Management Team
• Visit of competitor websites, and gathering of information
• Necessary reports
