US Software Solutions is looking for a Fleet Manager who will be responsible for monitoring, utilization, maintenance, reporting, inventory of company’s Fleet Program.
Responsibilities:

Vehicle life cycle management;
Asignment, utilization, maintenance, replacement and disposal of Fleet vehicles;
Serve as the primary contact concerning fleet operations;
Collaborate with the Fleet Management Partners on daily/ weekly/ monthly tasks;
Monitor day-to-day activity of company Fleet;
Resolve escalations on all Fleet related matters;
Manage supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement for the Fleet program;
Vehicle, gas cards, GPS inventory management;
Report, analyze, and action Fleet data to optimize the program;
Participate in meetings with suppliers, internal stakeholders, management;
Query, download, manipulate and interpret reporting files and multiple spreadsheets;

Qualifications:

At least 1 years of experience;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Proficient verbal and written Engilsh skills;
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative and work without supervision.
