Graphic (video & web) designer:

We are looking for an English speaker designer and marketing assistant able to travel around Europe (mainly in Poland) once in two months.

The tasks are:

For event participation
- planning deadline schedule with PR
- cooperate with PR regarding stand requirements and equipment
- creating graphics for stand
- creating stand visuals in 3D programme
- pay attention to marketing materials text correction
- preparing files for printing and managing printing orders
For general purpose:
- creating and updating marketing materials: brochures, presentations, datasheets, system schemes, catalogues etc.
- making products photo documentation
- creating materials for internal purpose: documents layouts, business cards etc.
- preparing files for printing and managing printing orders
- brand management
- managing stocks with marketing materials and distributing them between offices cooperation with Logistics Specialist
Additional Work:
Ultra Fog:
- creating video presentation / documentation about product / system / installations scheme instructions / test documentation
- photo documentation of product installation examples and case studies in cooperation with PR

Fire Laboratory:
- creating brand: logo, documents template,
- video documentation fire tests in laboratory
- marketing materials brochures / videos / presentations / interviews
Required Skills:
- Adobe Package (Adobe DC, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), SketchUp
- Mircsoft Office Package (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
- experience in product and architecture photography
- experience in preparing files for printing
Additional Skills:
- web design
- video making, editing and postproduction
- Adobe Package (Premier Pro, After Effects, Adobe Spark)
