Graphic & web designer

We’re excited to expand our team at Personizely and are looking for a talented Graphic/Web Designer to help elevate our brand presence. This role requires a creative individual with experience in ad design, website design, and graphic design (illustrations). As a key member of our team, you’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to create visually compelling assets that enhance our conversion optimization platform.

Our primary product is a conversion optimization platform featuring widgets, website personalization, and A/B testing, all in one tool. You’re good at
- Designing visually stunning and effective ads
- Creating user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing website pages
- Producing high-quality illustrations that align with brand identity
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life

What you’ll do
- Design creative assets for advertising campaigns across various platforms (social media, display ads, etc.)
- Develop engaging website designs that improve user experience and drive conversions
- Create illustrations that align with our brand and enhance the user interface. These include:
- Email graphics
- Ad illustrations
- Any other marketing collateral

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Continuously optimize and iterate on designs based on performance data and feedback
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team

What you’ll need

- At least 2 years of experience in graphic/web design roles
- A strong portfolio that showcases your skills in ad design, website design, and illustrations
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs quickly
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own workload effectively
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude
