About the Employer
A Moldavian Associated Advocacy Bureau, continuing to grow as its practice expands, hires. Our law firm is specialized in corporate law, being business oriented. Our clients range from multinational to emerging companies. All of our client base is from past clients and referrals. Our law firm provides quality and professional legal assistance in areas such: business operations, commerce, investment, real estate, tax, employment, regulatory sector, litigation, alternative dispute resolution (mediation and arbitration), administrative law, and etc .
As we expand, we are looking for a junior lawyer to join US.

Responsibilities
• Provide strategic, tactical, business oriented legal advice to clients (all types of business).
• Ensure legal compliance in all commercial matters, e.g. marketing initiatives, contract and company legal management documents, policies & procedures.
• Take part in legal analysis of company clients projects to achieve compliance with legislation, in particular with regard to competition, advertising and commercial regulation laws.
• Manage litigations (commercial claims).
• Advocate and present company position on legislative matters, monitor legislative and regulatory developments.
• Draft and review commercial contracts.


Qualifications & Experience
• University degree in law (last year university students are also eligible).
• Average general mark - 9.


Skills, Competencies & Languages
• Fluent in English, Russian, Romanian (both written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, advisory and interpersonal skills.
• Possess initiative, common sense, commercial mind-set and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to work independently and perform complex activities and analysis;
• Attention to details and commitment to quality of the work performed;
• Ability to systematically and logically analyze information;
• Willingness and ability to learn and to improve continuously;
