Moorwand is expanding our Client Relations team and is looking for a dedicated and congenial individual to join our team. The role of Client Relations Manager will be aimed at maintaining client accounts and will serve as the main point of contact for our live clients.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service in addition to focussing on commercial and revenue growth with our clients. Applicant should also help us build meaningful, long-lasting relationships that move our business forward.
Job Description:
Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs;
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients;
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships;
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any conversations and deals raised;
Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs to the teams;
Meet regularly with other team members and partners to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business;
Generate progress reports, keep necessary information and documentation in order for clients and senior leaders within the organisation.
Essential Requirements:
Fluent spoken and written English C1-C2 (it's a must);
Financial and/or fintech background (it's a must);
Professional experience in a sales or customer service role;
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills;
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously;
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
