Contract manager

International Company NEXT TRADE is now seeking: Contract Manager


The purpose of the Contract Manager is to maintain a file of all current Customer and Vendor agreements with Next Trade SRL.
• Maintain and update a matrix of all active contracts that will contain the dates of the agreement, the name of the party who is involved in the contract, the expiration date, thresholds for penalties and damages, delivery terms, contact information, decision makers name and title, payment terms and conditions, and specific current performance data.
• Maintain scanned copies of all signed contracts.
• Monitor every transaction against the terms included in the contract and insure that both parties are in compliance.
• Work with Credit and Collections (C&C) whenever there is a dispute.
• They will be the first Administrative contact between Customers and Vendors and the Company.
• Insure there are signed agreements in place before any transactions are completed.
• Be alerted whenever there is a credit or collections issue and the event will be noted in the contract file.
• Become involved in negotiating terms and conditions and will be the focal point as we update and renegotiate specific terms with both Vendors and Customers to gain more beneficial terms and conditions.
• Be responsible for upgrading our contract terms with identified external parties and begin the negotiation process.

Specific Skills and Position Requirements

• Basic Sales Skill and knowledge of the Sales Cycle
• Knowledge of Contract Law
• 5+ years of Business Administration Experience
• University Degree in Business, Business Law, Economics
• Computer Literacy with Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Negotiating Skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Superior English Language and Writing Skills
• Superior Italian Language and Writing Skills
