Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you'll be an integral part of this mission, supporting our team by crafting essential reports, dashboards, and analyses that inform decision-making on big business problems across departments. You'll play a vital role in developing transformations that power our business dashboards and provide key insights into lifecycle marketing, paid media, and SEO strategies.This role requires a rare mix of critical thinking, programming and communication skills. What You’ll Do


Shape Business Insights: Design and refine reports that track our business performance.
Uncover Trends: Dive deep into data to identify root causes of emerging trends and clearly communicate your findings to senior leaders.
Empower Teams: Provide ad hoc business analyses and run exploratory analyses that fuel growth opportunities for our cross-functional teams.
Collaborate & Learn: Actively participate in team development initiatives, contribute to a collaborative environment, and stay ahead of industry trends by exploring new tools and technologies.

What You’ll Need


Education: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent experience. Recent graduates with a passion for data are also encouraged to apply.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analysis, or a similar relevant position.
Technical Skills: Intermediate or advanced SQL knowledge.
Exposure to visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI is preferred. Python, dbt, or Looker skills are a plus. Knowledge of statistical models, basic Data Science frameworks, and methodologies is a plus.
Analytical & Growth Mindset: You possess a keen eye for detail, a natural curiosity, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You're a fast learner who thrives in a collaborative environment, eager to expand your skill set and make a real impact.
