Lokafy connects travellers with locals, called Lokafyers - for an experience that’s like having a friend who shows you around their city. We're based in Toronto but we’re expanding quickly to cities all over the world, from Cape Town to Hong Kong and everywhere in between (over 300 cities).

Responsibilities
- Expand our network of Lokafyers worldwide, enabling us to offer tours in new cities and languages
- Conduct thorough interviews to identify Lokafyers who are a perfect fit for our platform
- Continuously experiment and explore new recruitment channels while enhancing existing strategies
- Utilize metrics and feedback analysis to drive improvements in Lokafyer quality and retention
- Leverage data to anticipate future Lokafyer recruitment needs
- Collaborate closely with our team, sharing knowledge and actively contributing to product development
- Assist with operations team tasks, including communication with travelers and Lokafyers through email, phone, and messaging, as well as managing bookings

- Thrives in challenging situations and takes pride in delivering high-quality work
- Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in additional languages such as German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Italian is highly valued, as we offer Lokafy tours in these languages.
