Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Sales Managers in Logistics to success
Actively search and engage prospective customers (USA & Canada)
Set targets, track results, check deadlines
Assess Team's performance and identify needs
Organize meetings and trainings for the team

Requirements:

Dynamic and result-oriented Team leader
Experience in Sales is a must
Experience in logistics is a plus
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Well-developed leadership skills
Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time).
