A highly skilled SAP HR Business Analyst to join our Time & Payroll configuration team. This role is crucial for analyzing and addressing anomalies, designing, and creating user stories to support our transformation and implementation projects.
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct Workshops: Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and refine solutions related to Time & Payroll.
Design User Stories: Analyze, design, and create User Stories and their acceptance criteria, utilizing expertise in payroll and time management.
Testing: Perform unit and non-regression testing during the rollout of new releases.
Operational Support:
Analyze user-reported anomalies and collaborate with the team to resolve issues.
Contact the business line to address problems and gather additional information if needed.
Team Meetings: Participate in regular meetings with all team members involved in the same technical scope to establish, refine, and optimize methods based on the project’s progress.
Deliverables: Produce documentation for user story design and implementation, maintain records of deliveries using the JIRA tool, and ensure current project and maintenance documentation is up-to-date.

Proficiency: Expertise in key infotypes related to administrative management and time management, including the ability to calculate time clusters and generate absence quotas.
Customizing Skills: Strong skills in customizing Time Management (tables and schemas).
Functional Expertise: Deep understanding of human resources.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth technical knowledge of SAP HR.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in analysis within a complex IT environment.
Language Skills: Fluency in French is highly desirable.
