We are seeking a a Solution Architect specializing in SAP S4 MM / FIORIto support the company's transformation and implementation projects. The role involves providing SAP expertise and assisting Product Owners in managing the product.
Main Responsibilities:
Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the business analysis team, ensuring the consistency of the solution and its integration with related SAP modules.
Business Analysis: Study and analyze business requirements, understand business processes, challenge the business where necessary, and propose effective SAP solutions.
Workshop Leadership: Organize and lead workshops with technical and functional contacts to refine and validate requirements.
Design Oversight: Oversee the design and configuration of SAP functionalities, collaborating with external colleagues for development.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main liaison between the business, Product Owner, and technical teams.
User Stories and Documentation: Define and write User Stories and their acceptance criteria. Prepare analysis documents required for changes and solution identification in SAP.
Testing Strategy: Define and implement the User Story test strategy. Execute tests and manage the design, specification, testing, and maintenance of API, event, file, and IDOC interfaces.
Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams and coordinate the delivery of user stories. Participate in corrective, preventive, and evolutionary product maintenance.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
Experience: Minimum 8 years of expertise in S/4HANA with at least 5 years in Fiori and 4 years as an SAP Solution Architect.
Agile Experience: At least 5 years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst and in a technical-functional SAP role (ABAP, Fiori, BADI, USER-EXIT, SMARTFORMS, SAPSCRIPT).
Integration Skills: Experience in designing, specifying, testing, and maintaining IDOC interfaces and building data migration tools.
Module Knowledge: Knowledge of multiple SAP modules and their integration, as well as integration with non-SAP systems (e.g., API: APIGEE, BRUNO, files: CFT).
Tools: Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence.
Language: Fluent in English and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Nice-to-Have:
Leadership Skills: Experience in coordinating and leading a team.
Data Management: Strong data management skills.
French Proficiency: Proficiency in French.
