Senior DevOps Engineer (remote)

About your key responsibilities and impact:

Designing and maintaining high-load and high-availability infrastructure within Cloud and On-Premise;
Owning and optimizing the cloud part of our infrastructure, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability;
Designing and building Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and Ansible;
Driving effective observability, integrating monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions;
Collaborating with development teams to design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and associated services;
Ad-hoc project tasks as per business needs.

Essential professional experience:

Proficiency in AWS cloud infrastructure and services (EC2, VPC, EKS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, SNS, CloudTrail, etc.);
Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC);
Proficiency in Ansible for configuration management;
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies;
Proficiency in RDS and NoSql: PostgreSQL, mysql, Redis, etc.
Proficiency in Bash scripting language;
Strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools, such as Victoriametrics, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack;
Knowledge of version control systems like Git for code management;
Strong knowledge of best practices of scalable applications cloud architecture: partitioning, scaling, clustering, load balancing;
Upper Intermediate English level.

Desirable skills and personal features:

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively;
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Experience with agile development methodologies;
Python scripting language;
Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
